This course is currently under development. At this time there are more than 200 lessons covering both general topics (like whisks, peelers) and specific kitchenware SKUs (like individual appliance models). There are more than 100 additional lessons in the works.

Most of the remaining work is on general videos, which I created for my staff and are being updated to remove references that only applied to my area (specific local restaurant requests / needs, etc). Almost all lessons are lacking quizzes at this time.

Once the summary videos have been updated, the price of this course will increase. Stores buying in at this reduced rate will maintain this rate for the life of their subscription, gaining access to all updates at this reduced rate for as long as the subscription remains active.
